"Why do auto insurance companies in the US try to make everything funny or a gimmick? Each has their own thing and it's weird. That said.. An agent reached out to me as I am a former SF customer. Frank was very knowledgeable, polite and helped me kick the gecko out of my vehicle. I'll now be paying almost half of what I was before. Just call this branch and ask for him, Frank! He wasn't wearing khakis (as far as I know). He doesn't have an entourage of apron wearing friends. He doesn't mispronounce the company name. And he isn't a British lizard. He does however, know his stuff. Give him a chance to save you money, like I did."
